The path
Founder & Managing Director

2012 – present. Founded and run the practice; led 76 client engagements, an 18-month interim GM mandate, 20+ transformation programs, and delivered 25+ products with an in-house team. Advise founders and angel-invest selectively.
Manager
PwC Consulting / PRTM
2011 – 2012. Product / service innovation, R&D transformation and platforming engagements; operations strategy across appliances and e-commerce.
Engineering Supervisor
Carrier Corporation (United Technologies)
2003 – 2009. Managed China's control-systems team and operations; built hardware / software capability for product adaptation and embedded controls; drove cost-reduction and energy-efficiency programs.
Education: MBA, University of Oxford (2009–2010); BSc, Electrical Engineering, Purdue University (1998–2002). I advise clients from China, the EU, the US, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand on China market entry and operations.
